Dynamic Heating and Cooling was founded on December 2018. From December 2018 to 2021, Dynamic Heating and Cooling has grown to a team of 3 office staff members, 13 technicians on the road operating full time with no downtime and they are all managed by Shawn, the owner of the company.

We have been working on expanding our commercial division and recently signed our first full comprehensive maintenance contract with a building located in Stoney Creek. This is a big step for the company and there are many more to come!

Dynamic Heating and Cooling works on projects ranging from a small installation to projects lasting several months.

Our office staff focuses on everything from dispatching, payroll, collections, advertising and marketing, media releases and project management as well as project coordination!

The area of expertise of our technicians varies from Sheet Metal, HVAC Service, HVAC Installations, Commercial HVAC, Helpers currently learning the trade, Apprentices and Co-op students.

Over the past year, the company has brought over 6 full time members to the team and continues to grow.
